- Clearance or final sale items.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as a new order. Once we receive the returned item, a replacement order will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
