Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a new order. Once we receive the returned item, a replacement order will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
